My Tyrrell was very welcoming with a friendly persona. He listened carefully to what my husband said and showed empathy.

Mr Mark Tyrrell qualified in 1984, and has over 37 years of clinical experience. His total consultant level experience now spans 25+ years, the last 15+ being purely vascular & endovascular. He has developed a specific interest and experience in the management of aortic pathologies using all of the available technologies, while maintaining a background practice in Vascular Surgery in general. He has published widely. Additional interests for Mr Tyrrell include the management of carotid artery disease, provision of access for spinal surgery and the management of varicose veins. He is the lead for Aortic surgery at St. Thomas' and enjoys working within a team.
